Debra gave a TED TALK called “Making Lemonade” in 2015.

While Debra’s formal title is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer; in the office she is affectionately known as “Den Mother” and “The Fixer.” Debra thrives on helping others and giving back to her community and has done pro-bono work for homeless and indigent adults, as well as for special needs children. A Harvard Law grad and life-long learner, Debra enjoys continuing her education in such diverse fields as healthcare, home improvement, philosophy, politics and psychology, yet her greatest and most challenging source of learning to date has been raising her two adult sons, both of whom she is abundantly proud.
